Before you submit a support ticket, please make sure you look through our FAQ/Knowledge Base and read every section of your welcome email carefully. 70% of the questions that get sent to our helpdesk are covered there.
When submitting a support ticket please include:
- Any specific error messages you are receiving.
- All relevant URLs / filenames / usernames + passwords .
- Your domain name / username / password.
There are two departments: Technical Support and Accounts/Billing. Please make sure that you submit your ticket in the correct department to avoid an unnecessary delay in replying to your ticket. All requests related to billing/invoices, upgrades, contact details changes as well as sales questions should be submitted to the Accounts/Billing department.
