To check email accounts that you create in your Cpanel control panel please use the following settings:
Username: MAILACCOUNT@yourdomain.com (not just MAILACCOUNT)
Password: The password you set during email account creation
Your email program must be setup as follows:
Incoming Mail Server: mail.yourdomain.com
- IMAP Port: 993
- POP3 Port: 995
Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): mail.yourdomain.com
- SMTP Port: 465
Please be sure to enable "SMTP Authentication" ("Outgoing Mail Server Authentication") in your email program or you may not be able to send outgoing mail.
